POSTPARTUM POD!
During six sessions, you are part of a small group - offering you support and connection in the three months after birth. Perfect for both first-time and experienced moms alike.
Postpartum Pods are limited to 12 mom/baby pairs and are facilitated by an experienced Postpartum Doula and different subject matter experts.
Postpartum pods create an intimate cohort of mothers in their fourth trimester with same-age babies. Learn to mindfully navigate the first few months of your child’s life and gain knowledge and resources to help you and your little one develop ongoing confidence and joy.
Pod Participants usually also meet outside of the weekly sessions for lunch, story time at the library, walks, etc.
You will also join our Pod-only WhatsApp group. Within this group, you’ll connect with the other pod participants and our Postpartum doula, receiving ongoing advice and unwavering support throughout the pod’s duration. Even after your pod concludes, this platform remains accessible, fostering ongoing connections with fellow moms.

Expert guidance
Your pod will be led by an experienced postpartum doula. We will also have various subject matter experts joining us for specific topics.
How it works
1. Sign up for a pod based on your due date and location. We recommend registering early to ensure you have a spot.
2. A few days before your first meeting, we will send you some introductory material.
3. Come as you are! Don't feel pressured to look perfect. Just show up - even with spit up in your hair. No judgment!
4. Our pods are of course baby friendly. Feel free to nurse or bottle feed whenever needed. You can sit, stand, sway… however you’re most comfortable. And no worries if your little one is crying!
5. Join our Pod-only WhatsApp group. Within this group, you’ll connect with the other participants and our Postpartum Doula. Even after your pod concludes, this platform remains accessible.
