Caryn has received her sleep consultant certification from The Center of Pediatric Sleep Management (CPSM). Her work focuses on restoring balance, fostering safety, and cultivating connection—returning the birthing experience to its rightful stewards: mothers. She founded GVL Doula Besties to build a heartfelt, supportive community where doulas and mothers unite in friendship and collaboration, creating lasting impact amid life’s changing rhythms.
