Membership in the MESH moms community costs $150/year or $25/month.

As a member, you’ll enjoy several benefits:

1. Event Access: you can attend most events for free or at a discounted rate (including the Postpartum Pod)

2. Age-Based Playgroup: You will be part of an age-based playgroup, connecting with other moms whose babies are born in the same quarter of the year as yours. This group meets regularly for stroller walks, coffee dates, and more.

3. WhatsApp Chat Thread: Exchange tips and tricks, and ask any type of question in your dedicated WhatsApp playgroup chat thread.

4. Exclusive discounts with our Community Partners.

MESH moms is open to pregnant, biological, foster, or adoptive moms, whether they work or stay at home. It is especially important to us that MESH moms embraces diversity and welcomes mothers from all backgrounds and parenting styles, so we can create an inclusive and supportive environment for every mom to thrive.

Congratulations! Pregnancy is a wonderful time to start building your village, and you’re very welcome to join as a member even before your baby is born. You’ll be placed in a playgroup with other expecting moms, and we also host regular meetups designed especially for pregnant moms to connect, share, and support one another. Join us here: Sign-up

Our programs are designed specifically for moms with children up to 3 years old, so unfortunately MESH moms may not be the right fit once your kids are older. That said, we’re so glad you found us, and we hope you’ll keep us in mind if you or friends welcome new little ones in the future.

Actively participate! Attend our in-person activities and join the Peer Groups that align with your interests/affinities. We encourage you to share your thoughts and concerns, listen to other mothers' experiences, offer support and encouragement, and take advantage of opportunities to learn from each other. Putting yourself “out there” at our parent meetups takes some courage, but it’s the surest way to find genuine community. We encourage all members to participate in our Playgroup Walks, Mom's Night Out events, Girls just Wanna Have Lunch, and Hangouts at the Park. We also occasionally meetup for mommy + me classes at places like HippoHopp, The Bunny Hive, Gymboree Classes, Go Fish Swim school, The Little Gym, and TinyTowne.

Peer Groups are smaller groups within the MESH moms community that are age-based, location-based or special interest groups.

Once you activate your membership, you can browse all the groups and join the one(s) you wish from our Membership Portal.

The MESH moms calendar is full of activities for kids and families, plus some for adults only! We have large scale, community-wide events, along with regular meetups for the various Peer Groups - some with and some without kids. We also offer educational opportunities for members, both in-person and online.

We offer several points of online connection. We have a community-wide WhatsApp chat where members can post and read about mom- or family-related topics: advice/opinions on child rearing, recommendations for various products or services, etc. You can ask just about anything (within reason; we ask you to use your best judgment), and you’ll almost always get some great answers. You can also attach links, images, videos or files with your post. The Peer Groups also each have a dedicated WhatsApp chat. And you can follow us on social: Instagram, Facebook

We love connecting with local business owners. For more information about our Community Partners program, please send an email to hello@meshmoms.com with your business information, including your email address and website link. To become a partner, we ask that you offer our members a minimum discount of 20%.

We’re always looking for moms to serve as Group Ambassadors, Event Organizers, or City Leads to help us grow the community. In these roles, you’ll assist in organizing events, recruiting new members and, most importantly, staying connected with the members in your group. Membership renews automatically every year or month. All fees will be collected via credit card. By providing us with credit card information upon registration, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that credit card or payment method and that all charges under the applicable Order may be billed to that method and will not be rejected. If we cannot process your payment, you cannot register and we will not provide you with the Services or Events until your payment can be processed. Any promotional codes must be used when signing up for membership or when registering for services or events that require an additional fee. We do not offer retroactive discounts.

Annual Membership: You can cancel and get a full refund (minus 10% admin fee) within two weeks of signup. Afterwards, you can cancel anytime, but please note that the membership will only officially expire at the end of the corresponding term. Membership cannot be placed on hold. Membership cannot be transferred to another person. We do not offer refunds after the initial 14 days, but feel free to reach out to us at hello@meshmoms.com in the case of unforeseen and significant circumstances.

MESH moms was created and developed as a place for parents to have fun, open, informative, and intellectually stimulating discussions about parenting, raising children, and related issues.
