Rome Postpartum Pod - Q2/3 2026 Babies

A small-group program that provides guidance, connection, and support during the postpartum period — combining expert insight with a strong sense of community for new moms.

Time & Location

Sep 15, 2026, 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM

Lieberman Family Chiropractic, 421 Broad St, Rome, GA 30161, USA

About the event

For babies born between May and August 2026.

A small group learning series that provides support and connection in the months after birth. Registration includes Annual MESH moms membership.

Postpartum Pods are limited to 8 mom/baby pairs and are facilitated by an experienced Postpartum Doula and different subject matter experts.

Postpartum Pods create an intimate cohort of mothers with same-age babies. You’ll get specific guidance around developmental milestones, regulating your baby’s sleep routine, breast and bottle feeding, separation anxiety, maternal identity, and so much more! The most valuable benefit of our Postpartum Pods may simply be being seen by others going through this exciting but at times overwhelming phase of life and developing strong bonds with other moms... But you’ll also learn how to mindfully navigate the first few months of your child’s life, as well as gain resources to help you and your little one develop ongoing confidence and joy.

You will also be able to join our Pod-only WhatsApp group. Within this group, you’ll connect with the other pod participants and our Postpartum doula, receiving ongoing advice and unwavering support throughout the pod’s duration. Even after your pod concludes, this platform remains accessible, fostering ongoing connections with fellow moms.

Meeting dates:

Every Tuesday for 6 weeks: September 15, 22, 29 and October 6, 13, 20

Your pod will be led by:

Kathleen Meadows

Your other expert speakers are:

Katherine Sims, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

Kathrine provides virtual lactation support through The Nest Collaborative, helping families with breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, milk supply, returning to work, and other infant feeding concerns. Passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care, she empowers parents to reach their feeding goals with confidence. She looks forward to supporting and connecting with the MESH Moms community!
