Progressive Pelvis, 707 Whitlock Ave SW suite d 35, Marietta, GA 30064, USA
About the event
For babies born between April and July 2026.
A small group learning series that provides support and connection in the months after birth. Registration includes Annual MESH moms membership.
Postpartum Pods are limited to 8 mom/baby pairs and are facilitated by an experienced Postpartum Doula and different subject matter experts.
Postpartum Pods create an intimate cohort of mothers with same-age babies. You’ll get specific guidance around developmental milestones, regulating your baby’s sleep routine, breast and bottle feeding, separation anxiety, maternal identity, and so much more! The most valuable benefit of our Postpartum Pods may simply be being seen by others going through this exciting but at times overwhelming phase of life and developing strong bonds with other moms... But you’ll also learn how to mindfully navigate the first few months of your child’s life, as well as gain resources to help you and your little one develop ongoing confidence and joy.
You will also be able to join our Pod-only WhatsApp group. Within this group, you’ll connect with the other pod participants and our Postpartum doula, receiving ongoing advice and unwavering support throughout the pod’s duration. Even after your pod concludes, this platform remains accessible, fostering ongoing connections with fellow moms.
Meeting dates:
Every Friday for 5 weeks: August 14, 21, 28 and September 4, 11
Your pod will be led by:

Kristin Mize
Kristin is a licensed mental health counselor and parenting coach who has spent more than 25 years supporting women through the highs and lows of motherhood—from preconception and infertility, to pregnancy, loss, and everything that follows.
She specializes in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, but is also passionate about helping women navigate and overcome perfectionism, people-pleasing, and overwhelm/burnout in motherhood. Anything that stands in the way of a mom feeling calm, confident and actually being able to ENJOY motherhood, not just survive it.
