Starting solids is an exciting milestone, but it can also come with a lot of questions. When is my baby ready? What should I offer? How do I prepare food safely? And where do I even begin?

This course walks you through the foundations of starting solids, from recognizing readiness cues and exploring different feeding approaches to choosing foods, preparing meals safely, and building a positive feeding relationship with your baby.

My goal is to take some of the overwhelm out of this stage and give you the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to approach feeding in a way that supports your baby’s development.

Because feeding your baby should be about so much more than just what’s on the plate.
