By clicking “I Agree” I confirm the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk – I understand that attending this event may involve risks of illness,

injury, or other harm. I voluntarily assume all risks and release MESH moms, LLC, its employees,

agents, volunteers, representatives, and approved event partners from any claims or liabilities.

2. Health & Safety – I agree to follow all health and safety guidelines and will not attend if I, my

child(ren), or household members are symptomatic, have tested positive, or have been exposed

to contagious illness within 5 days of the event.

3. Photo & Media Consent – I grant MESH moms, LLC and its approved event partners permission

to photograph and/or video me and/or my child(ren) during this event. I consent to the use of

these images for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing materials,

newsletters, and flyers, without compensation. Any partner not listed as “approved” must

obtain separate written consent before using photos/videos.

4. Compliance & Indemnification

I agree to follow all instructions, rules, and safety guidelines provided by MESH moms and to

indemnify and hold harmless MESH moms, LLC for any claims, damages, or costs arising from my

actions or those of my family.

5. Binding Agreement – This acknowledgment applies to all attendees, members and non-

members alike. I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms above.

6. Legal Acknowledgment

I have read and understand this Waiver and Release. I acknowledge that by registering or

attending, I am voluntarily giving up certain legal rights, and this agreement is governed by the

laws of the State of Georgia.
