About the event

We will explore how tea can remain a thoughtful and supportive part of your day during pregnancy and postpartum. Poorvi - the founder of Herbs & Kettles will walk the participants through simple principles around caffeine, tea leaf selection, and herbal safety, while honoring the reality that every mother and every baby is different.

You will taste and prepare a curated selection of teas that feel gentle and grounding, including low caffeine loose leaf teas, chai, and carefully chosen herbal infusions such as ginger, chamomile, and golden latte blends.

This is a hands-on session sponsored by Herbs & Kettles where you will:

  • Learn how to steep loose leaf teas in a way that moderates caffeine

  • Understand how different tea types may affect you and your baby

  • Explore which botanicals to lean into and which to approach with care
