About the event
MESH moms is teaming up with Strong Moms Run Club (SMRC) for a morning of movement, fresh air, and connection! SMRC is a free, inclusive community that brings moms together through stroller-friendly runs, walks, and connection.
We’ll meet at the playground for some time to play and connect, then head over to the Brook Run Farmers Market together. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, just getting back into fitness, or simply looking for a reason to get out of the house, you’re welcome to walk, jog, or do a little of both. Strollers are welcome, and all fitness levels are encouraged to join!
And since it’s Halloween, little ones are welcome to come dressed in costume! 🎃 Costumes are completely optional, but we’d love to add a little Halloween fun to our morning together.
