Spend the morning with us and leave revitalized! We will have coffee and bagels and you will learn Pelvic Floor exercises and receive an individual 15 minute Reiki treatment.
Dr. Alainey Penn, PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist at The Pelvis Pro. She will bring wellness to your pelvis with a personalized approach
Ellie Almeroth is a Reiki practitioner and owner of Reikindness. She will facilitate mini Reiki treatments on each of you to give you a short Reiki energy clearing and a boost leaving you more inspired than before you came. Reiki is 100% safe for anyone to receive (including during pregnancy).
