Returning to work after becoming a mother can feel like starting a new chapter in life. Your identity has shifted, your priorities have changed, and your vision for the career might look different than before.
Join us for an intimate, 90-minute group coaching session that will give you the space and support to reimagine your career path. Together, we’ll explore your values, uncover your inner strengths, and redefine what success means to you now that you have a family. You’ll leave our session with a renewed sense of direction, practice next steps, and a deeper connection to other moms navigating the same life transition. Babies are welcome!

About Susie
Susie Ade is a certified career and life-transitions coach (CPCC and ACC) with a decade of experience at Google in organizational and team development. She now specializes in supporting first-time mothers as they navigate the transition into working parenthood, helping them cultivate clarity, confidence, and balance. Most recently, Susie was part of a MESH moms Postpartum Pod following the birth of her second child, an experience that further deepened her commitment to supporting parents in this life stage.

Guided exercise: Identify your core values and how they’ve shifted
Small breakout: Share what feels most important in this season of life
4. Career Reimagination Mapping (20 min)
Exercise: Envision your career 1–3 years from now (what you want more of / less of)
Identify possible career experiments or small steps that align with this vision
5. Commitments & Closing (10 min)
Each participant shares one small step they’ll take in the next two weeks
