A small group learning series that provides support and connection in the months after birth.Postpartum Pods are limited to 8 mom/baby pairs and are facilitated by an experienced Postpartum Doula and different subject matter experts.
Postpartum Pods create an intimate cohort of mothers with same-age babies. You’ll get specific guidance around developmental milestones, regulating your baby’s sleep routine, breast and bottle feeding, separation anxiety, maternal identity, and so much more!
