Time & Location
Jan 23, 2026, 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM
Progressive Pelvis, 707 Whitlock Ave SW suite d 35, Marietta, GA 30064, USA
About the event
For babies born between October and December 2025.
A small group learning series that provides support and connection in the months after birth. Registration includes Annual MESH moms membership.
Postpartum Pods are limited to 8 mom/baby pairs and are facilitated by an experienced Postpartum Doula and different subject matter experts.
Postpartum Pods create an intimate cohort of mothers with same-age babies. You’ll get specific guidance around developmental milestones, regulating your baby’s sleep routine, breast and bottle feeding, separation anxiety, maternal identity, and so much more! The most valuable benefit of our Postpartum Pods may simply be being seen by others going through this exciting but at times overwhelming phase of life and developing strong bonds with other moms... But you’ll also learn how to mindfully navigate the first few months of your child’s life, as well as gain resources to help you and your little one develop ongoing confidence and joy.
You will also be able to join our Pod-only WhatsApp group. Within this group, you’ll connect with the other pod participants and our Postpartum doula, receiving ongoing advice and unwavering support throughout the pod’s duration. Even after your pod concludes, this platform remains accessible, fostering ongoing connections with fellow moms.
Meeting dates:
Every Friday for 5 weeks: January 23, 30, and February 6, 13, 20.
Your pod will be led by:
Jen Gerrey, Crafty Doula Services:
Jennifer is originally from Louisiana and has lived in Georgia for the past eight years. She is the proud mother of two teenage girls and shares her home with two cats and a dog. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, embroidery, camping, and reading.
Jennifer is both a birth and postpartum doula, as well as a trained hairdresser, though she hasn’t worked behind the chair in some time. She has been supporting families as a doula on and off for about 15 years, and every birth she attends continues to feel extraordinary.
A nurturing caretaker at heart, Jennifer loves babies and is passionate about helping new moms feel as supported as possible. She believes parenting is both the most rewarding and most challenging job there is, and her goal is to help parents experience less stress and anxiety while building more confidence and connection along the journey.
