About the event

From One Mom to Another: Postpartum Truths

Ideal for pregnant women and new moms seeking connection, clarity, and community.

Join us for a genuine, heartfelt discussion with a mom who recently experienced postpartum. She will share what she wished she had known before entering the fourth trimester. The conversation will be led by Postpartum Doula Lauren.

This intimate gathering focuses on honest conversations — no filters, no fluff — just personal postpartum stories, practical tips, and the support that only someone a step ahead can provide.

Address will be shared after registration.

Lauren Swanson

I’m Lauren, a postpartum doula, mom to three wonderful kids, and someone who knows firsthand the challenges and beauty of the postpartum journey. After experiencing postpartum depression with my own children, I felt the deep need to help other moms feel truly supported, heard, and cared for in those crucial early months. I know how isolating and overwhelming postpartum can be, and I’m here to provide a compassionate hand, a listening ear, and resources that make a real difference.

In addition to my work as a doula, I love spending time in the great outdoors! Whether I’m camping, playing a game of tennis, or hiking with my family, I find so much joy and renewal in nature, and I believe that every mom deserves the space and support to reconnect with herself.
