Starting solids is such an exciting milestone, but it can also feel overwhelming. This class is designed to help parents feel confident, informed, and excited as they begin this next chapter in their feeding journey.
Using a baby-led approach to feeding, we’ll cover:
• Signs of developmental readiness
• How and when to introduce solids
• Purees vs. baby-led weaning foods
• Creating positive mealtime experiences
