Using a baby-led approach to feeding, we’ll cover:

• Signs of developmental readiness

• How and when to introduce solids

• Purees vs. baby-led weaning foods

• Creating positive mealtime experiences

• Moving at a pace that feels comfortable for both you and your baby

Whether you’re just starting to think about solids or ready to begin, this class will provide a supportive environment to learn and ask questions.

A Little About Kelsey and Little Arbor Speech: 

Kelsey created Little Arbor Speech Therapy four years ago after watching her client’s struggle to make progress through traditional speech therapy. She knew she wanted to provide families and their children with the tools and skills to function efficiently and overcome underlying oral challenges. Each child is provided with an individualized therapy approach and we work to address mouth-breathing, feeding and swallowing challenges, sleep-disordered breathing, tongue and lip ties, speech sound disorders and more.
