About the event
Learn how to wear your baby safely and comfortably while discovering practical ways to support your pelvic floor during the postpartum period. Whether you're new to babywearing or looking to improve your confidence and comfort, this workshop offers expert guidance in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
This special workshop will be led by a pelvic floor physical therapist and a certified babywearing consultant, combining expert guidance on both postpartum recovery and safe, comfortable babywearing.
Babies are encouraged to attend, and no prior experience is needed. Come as you are, meet other moms, and leave feeling more confident, supported, and empowered in your postpartum journey.
