About the event
A 4-hour immersive class for expectant mothers and their chosen support person, partner, family member, or friend. Grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach, this experience honors the physical and emotional aspects of birth while emphasizing safety, informed choice, and compassionate support. Participants gain practical tools, confidence, and understanding to navigate labor and birth with connection and trust.
