Join us for an informative and hands-on Babywearing Basics class led by Payal Tello, founder of TwinMommy101, certified childbirth educator, postpartum doula, and babywearing educator.
In this welcoming and interactive session, Payal will walk you through the foundations of babywearing — from understanding the benefits for both baby and caregiver to exploring the different types of carriers, including wraps, slings, and soft structured options. You’ll learn how to wear your baby safely and comfortably, and leave with the confidence to integrate babywearing into your daily routine.
This class is ideal for expectant parents, new caregivers, and anyone interested in babywearing. There will be live demonstrations, a chance to ask questions, and resources to help you find the best fit for your family.
