This is the perfect way to bond with your baby while enjoying a gentle, joyful workout. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just want to move to the rhythm, everyone is welcome!
In this unique dance class, moms embrace movement and connection as they wear their babies (ages 2 months - 18 months) snugly in carriers. After 15 mins of circle time for introductions and connections with fellow moms, our instructor from Balance Dance will guide you in a dance class that blends exercise and fun. We'll move, groove, laugh and engage our core and pelvic floor, all while dancing along with our babies!
