About the event
Join us for a gentle, baby-friendly yoga class led by Shala Konomi. This welcoming class will allow you to move, stretch, and reconnect with your body — all while keeping your little one right by your side.
This session focuses on mindful movement and creating space to breathe, reset, and recharge. Babies are welcome to stay on a mat, be held, or move as they please — this is a judgment-free, flexible environment.
No experience needed — just come as you are. 💛🧘♀️
